Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a building who ceases to carry on the ownership of a building shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Town Planning Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every drain held by him has been disposed of.
