Application for registration.—Every licensee of a village bus stand carrying on the running of a village bus stand shall make an application for registration to the Block Development Officer in Form 1, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every muster roll held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
