Surrender of certificate.—Every trustee of a family settlement who ceases to carry on the administration of a family settlement shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Registrar in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form III of the manner in which every inventory of the estate held by him has been disposed of.
