Application for registration.—Every stevedore carrying on the loading and unloading of ships shall make an application for registration to the Maritime Board in Form 3, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every log book held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
