Intimation of change.—Every collector of tax at source shall intimate to the Director General of Income-tax, in Form 15G and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Director General of Income-tax shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
