Surrender of certificate.—Every working women's hostel who ceases to carry on the running of a working women's hostel shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Magistrate in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every institution held by him has been disposed of.
