Application for registration.—Every operator of a remotely piloted aircraft carrying on the operation of a remotely piloted aircraft shall make an application for registration to the Appellate Tribunal in Form CA-3, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five lakh rupees and a statement of every certificate of airworthiness held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
