Application for registration.—Every publisher of news on a digital platform carrying on the publication of news on a digital platform shall make an application for registration to the Advisory Panel in Form IV, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every broadcast licence held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
