Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Dispute Resolution Panel in the custody of the Assistant Commissioner, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Dispute Resolution Panel; and where the Assistant Commissioner having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form 10 within ninety days of the succession.
