Intimation of change.—Every liquefied petroleum gas distributor shall intimate to the Ombudsman, in Form VI and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Ombudsman shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one lakh rupees.
