Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any licensee of a fishery in a reservoir dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Irrigation Authority in Form B, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every water meter then held; and the Irrigation Authority shall enter the intimation in the register within sixty days of its receipt.
