Intimation of change.—Every service provider shall intimate to the Telecommunication Engineering Centre, in Form B and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Telecommunication Engineering Centre shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
