Application for registration.—Every landholder carrying on the holding of land shall make an application for registration to the State Government in Form 14, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every certificate of occupancy held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
