Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a rice mill in a village shall apply to the Panchayat Samiti in Form 7 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Panchayat Samiti shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
