Safe custody.—Every sponsor of a competition shall keep every code of conduct to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the sponsoring of a competition is carried on, shall record in Form E the description of every code of conduct so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the National Sports Board within one hundred and twenty days of the close of each year.
