Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any operator of a container train dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Bihar in Form D, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every railway receipt then held; and the Government of Bihar shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
