Intimation of change.—Every operator of a container train shall intimate to the Government of Bihar, in Form A and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Bihar shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
