Intimation of change.—Every dealer in medical devices shall intimate to the National Medical Commission, in Form 20 and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the National Medical Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
