Safe custody.—Every dealer in medical devices shall keep every stock register to which these regulations apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where dealing in medical devices is carried on, shall record in Form 41 the description of every stock register so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the National Medical Commission within fourteen days of the close of each year.
