Definitions.—In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the National Medical Commission Act, 2019 (30 of 2019); (b) "dealer in medical devices" means a person carrying on dealing in medical devices; (c) "record" means a record received, held or disposed of by a dealer in medical devices in the course of dealing in medical devices; (d) "Form 41" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
