Fees.—The fee of four thousand rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of one thousand rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Registrar of Geographical Indications by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form TM-A; and the Registrar of Geographical Indications shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within three hundred and sixty-five days of its receipt.
