Intimation of change.—Every licensee of a patent shall intimate to the Registrar of Geographical Indications, in Form 3 and within three hundred and sixty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registrar of Geographical Indications shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
