Surrender of certificate.—Every licensee of a patent who ceases to carry on the working of a patent under licence shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Geographical Indications in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 27 of the manner in which every work held by him has been disposed of.
