Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any commission agent in a market dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Insecticides Board in Form B, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every market fee receipt then held; and the Insecticides Board shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
