Surrender of certificate.—Every commission agent in a market who ceases to carry on the business of a commission agent in a market shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Insecticides Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every sample held by him has been disposed of.
