Application for registration.—Every paying guest accommodation provider carrying on the provision of paying guest accommodation shall make an application for registration to the Rent Authority in Form D, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every occupancy certificate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
