Intimation of change.—Every consignor shall intimate to the Metro Railway Administration, in Form B and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Metro Railway Administration shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees.
