Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the contractor for solid waste collection shall apply to the Corporation in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees, and the Corporation shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
