Surrender of certificate.—Every contractor for solid waste collection who ceases to carry on the collection of solid waste shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Corporation in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every notice of demolition held by him has been disposed of.
