Surrender of certificate.—Every licensee who ceases to carry on the vending of goods on railway premises shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Railway Claims Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every ticket held by him has been disposed of.
