Safe custody.—Every exempted establishment shall keep every annual account statement to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the maintenance of a private provident fund is carried on, shall record in Form 31 the description of every annual account statement so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner within ninety days of the close of each year.
