Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the intermediary shall apply to the Certifying Authority in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Certifying Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within three days of the application.
