Surrender of certificate.—Every importer of wireless equipment who ceases to carry on the import of wireless equipment shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Gujarat in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every subscriber record held by him has been disposed of.
