Application for registration.—Every licensed surveyor carrying on the survey of land shall make an application for registration to the Sub-Divisional Officer in Form 5, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every land revenue receipt held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
