Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the licensee of a winery shall apply to the District Excise Officer in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the District Excise Officer shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
