Surrender of certificate.—Every building worker registered with the Board who ceases to carry on registration with the Welfare Board shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Standing Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 3 of the manner in which every declaration form held by him has been disposed of.
