Surrender of certificate.—Every foreign company who ceases to carry on the carrying on of business in India by a foreign company shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form ADT-1 of the manner in which every return held by him has been disposed of.
