Surrender of certificate.—Every trustee who ceases to carry on the administration of the Fund shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Recovery Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 20 of the manner in which every register of members held by him has been disposed of.
