Surrender of certificate.—Every e-sign service provider who ceases to carry on the provision of electronic signature services shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Data Protection Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every computer resource held by him has been disposed of.
