Intimation of change.—Every e-sign service provider shall intimate to the Data Protection Board, in Form C and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Data Protection Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
