Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any owner of a warehouse of inflammable goods dies, his legal representative shall, within three days of the death, intimate the death to the District Authority in Form H, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every no-objection certificate then held; and the District Authority shall enter the intimation in the register within thirty days of its receipt.
