Intimation of change.—Every owner of a warehouse of inflammable goods shall intimate to the District Authority, in Form A and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
