Application for registration.—Every genetic counselling centre carrying on the running of a genetic counselling centre shall make an application for registration to the Appropriate Authority in Form 20, within sixty days of the commencement of these regulations, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every licence held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
