Safe custody.—Every genetic counselling centre shall keep every licence to which these regulations apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the running of a genetic counselling centre is carried on, shall record in Form 25 the description of every licence so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Appropriate Authority within seven days of the close of each year.
