Application for registration.—Every contract farming sponsor carrying on the sponsoring of contract farming shall make an application for registration to the Registrar in Form H, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every seed held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
