Intimation of change.—Every donor to a political party shall intimate to the State Election Commission, in Form 2A and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the State Election Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
