Conditions of registration.—Every donor to a political party shall carry on the making of donations to a political party only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every account of election expenses in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such account of election expenses for inspection on request by the Booth Level Officer, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
