Surrender of certificate.—Every nominee of a member who ceases to carry on the receipt of benefits as nominee shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 19 of the manner in which every pension payment order held by him has been disposed of.
