Surrender of certificate.—Every placement agency who ceases to carry on the placement of domestic workers shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Commission for Women in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VIII of the manner in which every inspection report held by him has been disposed of.
