Surrender of certificate.—Every dependant of a deceased worker who ceases to carry on the claiming of dependants' benefit shall, within ten days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Medical Benefit Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 1 of the manner in which every register held by him has been disposed of.
